The amount of data provided will depend on the period you are requesting for, the type of meter, and how often the meter was read, e.g. if you have a smart meter, your data may include 15-minute interval readings.
Genesis customers can take control of their energy use and save time using Genesis tools such as Energy IQ. Energy IQ (app or online) lets you order bottled gas, forecast and compare your energy use, update your details, view your bill, and make payments.
