Consumption Data

Request up to the last 24 months of your electricity consumption data (i.e. the amount of power you used). This information can help you understand your electricity usage habits and make informed decisions when choosing a power plan for your household.

Choose to request either:

  • a summarised report - the consumption data recorded on each of your bills, or
  • a detailed report - the consumption data in its most detailed format

The amount of data provided will depend on the period you are requesting for, the type of meter, and how often the meter was read, e.g. if you have a smart meter, your data may include 15-minute interval readings. We recommend requesting a summarised report due to the volume of information you could receive in a detailed report.

A small power company based in Auckland which currently supplies to the Auckland area. Currently available In Auckland if you have a smart meter. No fixed-term contracts or break fees. Customer service is via email.

Billing Options

Payment options:

  • Monthly billing with automatic direct debit payments from your bank account (recommended option) or credit card (1.5% surcharge)

Bill types:

Sustained savings with our Power2U offer. Everyday we detect what would be your 2 most expensive "off peak" hours (between 9pm - 7am or 11am - 5pm), and you only pay for half of the energy consumed in those 2 hours.

You can take advantage of Power2U by doing things like charging your car, doing your laundry, roasting your chicken, and so on, anytime in the "off peak" period. Our smart tools will do the rest to help you save!
